CrossFit classes

CROSSFIT & CROSSFIT TEENS

Group class where athletes work side by side to achieve success at their pace and scale. These classes will utilize cardiovascular training, weightlifting, bodyweight and full range of motion movements. We utilize coached group settings under time and/or repetition constraints to achieve optimal fitness in a safe environment. While CrossFit is challenging, the program is designed as to be scalable for all abilities, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale weight and intensity; we don’t change the program.

CrossFit Lite classes

BODY ARMOR & PRIMAL

Body Armor Club is a class where an athlete wears a Weighted Vest. This is an intermediate to advance level class with basic levels of strength required. Athletes should be familiar with CrossFit movements. The goal of this class is to provide a challenging, intense workout to improve athletes work capacity.

Primal Club is designed with CrossFit Style Workouts that consist of primarily "Strongman" and "Odd Object" movements. The goal of this class is to increase the athletes capacity to move and handle odd object with an emphasis on developing strength. Examples of movements include Tire Flips, Sandbag Carries and Sled pushing and pulling. Primal Club is open to all experience levels.

Senior CrossFit classes

WEIGHTLIFTING & AEROBIC CAPACITY

The primary objective of the Weightlifting Class is to learn and practice common CrossFit barbell exercises. Movements such as the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Overhead Squat, Front Squats and their variations will be cycled weekly and covered in detail. This class is for individuals brand new or seasoned veterans to CrossFit and is designed with all levels in mind. The only prerequisite is a strong desire to learn and work hard!

A supplemental training program with prescribed pace ranges, appropriate workout intensity and specific interval times so to develop speed, stamina, and endurance. Combined with our weekly CrossFit regimen watch your performance sky rocket.
