CrossFit classes


A high intensity class where athletes work side by side to achieve success at their pace and scale. We incorporate functional movements to improve overall fitness and strength. These exercises will utilize cardiovascular training, weightlifting, bodyweight and full range of motion movements. We utilize coached group settings under time and/or repetition constraints to achieve optimal fitness in a safe environment. While CrossFit is challenging, the program is designed as to be scalable for all abilities, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale weight and intensity; we don’t change the program.

CrossFit Lite classes


The Kids/Teens class is built on the foundation of FUN. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6. The goal of the CrossFit Kids/Teens program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). But, despite the increased physical demands of the class, the focus of the Kids program is still on fun.

Senior CrossFit classes


Our Private On-Ramp is designed for those interested in adding CrossFit to their fitness routine. Our On-Ramp has greater schedule flexibility, and is tailored to an individual’s fitness level. Your sessions will cover all of the movements necessary to prepare you for starting the group CrossFit class. You will be introduced to other members, receive 1-on-1 coaching during the class and have any concerns immediately addressed. We want your success to be ours and will work tirelessly to remove barriers in a non intimidating comfortable environment. Our On-Ramp is excellent if you are coming back to exercise after injury, new to exercise, have a hectic schedule, learn best with individual coaching, or just want to refine more of your technique before starting the group CrossFit class. Our On-Ramp consists of 3, 6 or 9 one-hour coach shadowed sessions that you schedule.
